4. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

We make every effort to display product colors, fabrics, and details accurately, but minor variations may occur due to differences in screen settings, photography, and natural variation in materials. These variations do not constitute a defect.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, modify product descriptions, and update product availability at any time without notice.

5. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, inventory issues, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

6. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and other payment methods made available at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other authorized third-party processors. Sestra does not store full credit card information.

7. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss for shipped items passes to you upon delivery by the carrier to the address you provide. All Sestra orders are insured; in the event of a lost package, please refer to our Shipping Policy for the claim process.

8. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy, available on our website.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website - including logos, text, photography, graphics, product descriptions, and design - is owned by Sestra or our brand partners and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Brand partners include but are not limited to Bitte Kai Rand, Bruuns Bazaar, Indi & Cold, Maison Hotel, Mat de Misaine, Part Two, and Summum.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, distribute, or otherwise use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

10. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Resell Sestra products commercially without our prior written authorization
