Shipping policy
1. Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 US states. For Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and US territories, please email hello@sestra.us for a shipping quote before placing your order. We do not currently ship internationally.
2. Shipping Costs
Complimentary ground shipping on all orders within the continental US. Need it faster? Email hello@sestra.us or call the store and we'll arrange expedited shipping at cost.
3. Processing Time
Orders placed Monday-Thursday ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed Friday-Sunday ship the following Tuesday. We do not process or ship on weekends or holidays.
4. Delivery Time
Standard ground delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from the ship date, depending on destination. Delivery times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or peak holiday periods.
5. Tracking
You'll receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves the store.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email hello@sestra.us within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before the package ships. Once shipped, we are unable to redirect packages.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders.
8. Lost & Stolen Packages
All Sestra orders are insured. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us at hello@sestra.us within 7 days. We'll file a claim with the carrier and, once the claim is processed, replace your order or issue a refund.
9.Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
