Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help make it right.

1. Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Email hello@sestra.us to start the return process.

2. Condition

Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned with original tags attached.

3. Refunds on Full-Priced Items:

You may choose between:

  • Refund to original payment method: The original shipping cost ($20) will be deducted from your refund.
  • Store credit: Full purchase amount, no deductions. Store credit is valid for 12 months.

4. Sale Items

Items discounted up to 20% are eligible for return for store credit only (full amount, no deductions). Items discounted by more than 20% are Final Sale.

5. Final Sale

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Jewelry
  • Socks and intimates
  • Items discounted by more than 20%
  • Any item marked Final Sale at purchase

6. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges on defective or incorrect items. For all other exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order.

7. Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect items, which we will cover.

8. Damaged Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

9. In-Store Returns for Online Orders

Online purchases may be returned in person at our Short Hills location. The same online return policy applies.

10. Processing

Refunds and store credits are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
